I am planning to use the RDD6616U controller for cutting, and I have set the tool lifting coordinates to ensure that the tool can be lifted to the designated position in non cutting state. However, during the actual cutting process, the tool unexpectedly lifted to the zero coordinate position. Why did this abnormal phenomenon occur? Thank you in advance for your help!

There may be hardware signal interference. Check whether the limit switches of each axis are loose or if the wiring is damaged. During non-processing, manually trigger the limit switches to verify if the control system responds normally and displays an overrun alarm. If the signal is intermittent, it is recommended to replace the switches.
