The circumferential welds between the copper rings of the rotor of three-phase asynchronous motors were usually made using induction brazing or direct integral casting processes, which cannot meet the current requirements for high-performance motors; In addition, welding processes such as arc welding and resistance welding were commonly used before the welding of the stator and coil hairpin of the motor. Therefore, the deformation of the base material is small, the non melting zone metal is less affected by heat, and the welding strength is high, which can meet the requirements of various motor indicators.
