Why does the planned position and actual position of the RDV6555G controller not match the coordinates?

6E97F951

My cutting equipment has a troublesome problem, and the controller model used in conjunction with it is RDV6555G. The position planned by the system does not match the actual operating position of the machine. At the beginning of processing, the graphic position displayed in the software interface appears completely normal, and the preview path is also normal. However, during actual operation, the cutting or carving position of the machine is clearly offset. Thank you for any suggestions.

  • If the machine does not return to zero after moving, the coordinates of the controller will be incorrect.
Press the control panel Reset to automatically return the machine to its original position before starting processing
