2. Is the electronic gear ratio of the server set to correspond
3. Is the number of pulses consistent
4. Calculate whether the step distance is normal based on the lead and pulse count
5. Is the lead consistent with the actual hardware
If the machine does not return to zero after moving, the coordinates of the controller will be incorrect.
Press the control panel Reset to automatically return the machine to its original position before starting processing
