When importing the RD offline file, a message pops up saying the file is incompatible

EDCE79BA

When copying offline files imported via USB drive into the machine, it shows that the file is incompatible. However, files originally from the machine can be copied to the USB drive, and those copied files can be successfully copied back into the machine. The motherboard selected in RDWorksV8 is the same as the one in the machine. I have switched to a new computer—could that be the reason?

Please refer to the following suggestions for troubleshooting:

    1. Export the RD offline file that triggers the error and submit it to our after-sales technical team for analysis.
    2. Ensure the RD offline file name contains only 4 characters (alphanumeric, in English or Chinese) and does not include any special characters.
    3. Please double-check the motherboard model, as file compatibility may vary between different motherboard types. For example, an RD offline file generated for a 6442 motherboard cannot be copied to a 6445 motherboard's memory.
    4. Import the offline file into RDWorks V8 to verify whether the software can preview and load it properly. This step is to confirm that the offline file is not corrupted.
    5. Try using a different USB flash drive.
    6. Ensure that the number of laser heads configured in RDWorks V8 matches the actual hardware when generating the graphics.

  • Since you have switched to a different computer, I suspect that some software settings may have been altered. I suggest checking whether any parameters that you do not normally use have been accidentally enabled.
