Why does my RDC8445S controller have ghosting during scanning?

5C4692A9

When using the RDC8445S controller for scanning, I found that the scanning results always showed ghosting. I checked the controller settings, adjusted the resolution and scanning speed, but the problem has not been resolved yet. Is this a problem with the optical components? Or is it another issue?

Draw a 20X20 box and change the scanning interval to 1 in the scanning parameters. Adjust the output power and start scanning. Use a ruler to measure the lines on the scanned surface (left+right -), and fill in the measured number in the software settings - general settings. Check the scanning (reverse gap) and add it.

  • There may be electromagnetic interference, and if there are strong electromagnetic interference sources around the device, it may affect the stability of the scanning signal and cause ghosting. Check if there are strong electromagnetic devices (such as motors, large transformers, etc.) near the controller.
