Go to "Manufacturer Parameters" and check the direction polarity for X and Y axes. This setting determines which direction the machine moves to find the limit switches during reset. If it opposes your software origin setting, a crash may occur.
Does the machine have a small metal strip hanging down beside the laser head to trigger the limit switch? If so, check that it isn't bent—it should be perfectly vertical.
Adjust the homing sensor/limit switch position by moving it approximately 2 mm higher and closer.
