The different home positions of multiple machines are not being referenced

My company has multiple Ruida laser cutting machines. Five of them have their origins on the right side, and six have their origins on the left side. I send files to the machines over the network from a single computer. When I download a job to the machines with the origin on the right, it cuts normally. But when I download the same job to the machines with the origin on the left, I get a limit exceeded / out of bounds error. Is there a way to have the settings automatically switch over when I select a different machine IP address? And where is this setting located?
