RDV6555G control system, Y-axis power weak, X-axis power normal

Has anyone else encountered this issue? My cutting machine is equipped with an RDV6555G control system, where the Y-axis drive has insufficient power output, while the X-axis is functioning normally. Could this be a hardware or software problem?

    The reason may be that your encoder resolution is not set correctly. Please check

      I reset the encoder resolution parameter, and now the Y-axis power is normal

    I feel like this is a problem with the Y-axis mechanical system, and I don't know much about it

    Check the movement of the Y-axis, which is usually caused by mechanical resistance. Check if there is any damage or other issues with the moving parts
