RDD6616U Cycle Processing Without Feed
I recently purchased a new machine equipped with the Ruida RDD6616U control system. Everything else is functioning normally, but when I attempt cycle machining, the feed does not engage. What could be causing this issue? How should I resolve it? Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Have you checked the motor? If the motor doesn't rotate: the problem may lie in the motor itself (such as worn carbon brushes, burnt coils), the driver, or the control signal.
If the motor rotates but cannot feed material: check whether the transmission components such as the coupling, belt, and gear are loose, slipping, or damaged.0Yanıtla
All of these are fine, it's a problem with the loop parameters. It's now normal. Thank you
