RDC8445S controller, why can't the multi-point positioning function be used?

I have a CO2 laser cutting machine and I found that the U-axis cannot use the multi-point positioning function properly when working as a rotating axis. Whenever I try to set multiple positioning points, the system fails to respond and the positioning operation cannot be completed. Who can help me solve this problem? Thanks!
