I have enabled absolute coordinates, but the equipment suddenly moves rapidly in the wrong direction while executing processing instructions, causing the laser head to collide with the mechanical structure. Kabul Edilen CevapPlease confirm whether the XY axis power-on reset/reference return is enabled. It is mandatory to enable the XY axis power-on reset to establish the correct machine coordinate system for the XY axes. Otherwise, a long-distance rapid traverse or unintended air move may occur, leading to a serious crash/collision.
When absolute coordinates are enabled, ensure that the starting point of the design matches the starting point of the actual machine. If the starting point is not set correctly, the laser head may move to the wrong position, causing collision.
Checking the polarity of the motor direction is the most common reason. If this parameter is set incorrectly, the machine will move at full speed in the wrong direction when returning to zero, directly causing a collision.
