How to solve the abnormal direction of the groove knife under the RDD6584G vibrating knife system?
My device is using the RDD6584G vibrating knife system. Today, I encountered an issue where the direction of the groove knife's cutting is abnormal, and the cutting angle is not consistent with the setting, which affects the machining effect. Check if the slot knife is correctly installed on the blade head. Ensure that the tool is not loose or installed askew, as this may cause the tool to deviate from the predetermined working path, resulting in directional abnormalities.
