So. I’ve always cut stars with my Ortur Laser Master pro at a speed of 80 and 80 power. Always worked like a charm. Now it’s not cutting thru the basswood. You see a faint line on the backside and that’s it. This is extremely frustrating. Any help would be great.

Have you inspected the lens ?
How many hours do you have on the machine ?
If you have a clean lens and the machine is not really old / used you could also have a failing power supply.

: I have not and it has MANY hours on it.

Cleaning the lens is the first thing you should do. Depending on your usage, you need to do that even daily. If the dirt is burnt into the lens, you need to replace it.
