My RDC6612U control system has encountered a new issue. As usual, when I select the processing file, the screen first displays "Reading" normally, and the progress bar slowly advances. However, after about 30 seconds, the interface suddenly stopped responding, followed by a prompt of "communication failure". I tried restarting the device, but the problem still didn't get resolved. 2. Whether the panel and motherboard product models match (model, firmware, non-standard).
There are many possibilities. For example, the file being read may be damaged or too large. If it is being read through a USB flash drive, there may be a problem with the quality of the drive or compatibility issues.
It could also be due to the controller's memory being full or a faulty motherboard
Is your file too large, which may cause read exceptions? You can test a small file first
