Why does the HMI display "No Connected Device" when previewing files for the RDC6445G control system?

9A4DAC58

My device is using the RUIDA controller RDC6445G. I have imported the processing files into the controller and am preparing to preview the path on the HMI screen. However, when the "Preview" function is clicked, the interface does not display the machining trajectory, but suddenly pops up a prompt box: "No connected device". The device is not powered off and the control panel buttons are responding normally, but the system seems unable to recognize loaded files or storage media. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Is the connection between the controller and HMI successful? If the link fails, it will cause this problem

  • It may be a hardware malfunction. If you are using USB, you can try replacing the cable

  • Possible damage to the communication chip (possibly on the motherboard or panel side)

  • If the memory file of the motherboard is damaged and the system cannot find the correct data, this prompt will pop up
