Why can't the RDC6445G cutting head be controlled?

I have a CO2 cutting machine with a control system of Ruida's RDC6445G. Today, while operating the machine, I found an abnormality: the system ran normally after turning on, but the cutting head could not respond to control commands during the cutting process, and the up and down movements failed. And I noticed that the indicator light for the height adjuster is not flashing normally. I tried resetting it, but the problem still persists. Can someone give me some advice? Thanks!

    Perhaps due to excessive system interference, the machine is not properly grounded

    • Thank you for your answer. I haven't logged into my account for a long time. After installing and replacing the insulation between the height adjustment box and the machine body, it is now normal

  • Check if the connection between the control system and the cutting head is secure, including power cables and communication cables (such as USB, RS232, or Ethernet cables), to ensure that the motor power supply of the cutting head is normal and not disconnected. Additionally, check if the motor drive of the cutting head is working properly and if there is any overheating or damage.
