RDV6555G controller produces shaking lines when cutting corners

F95F7D54

When using the RDV6555G controller for laser cutting, I found that the equipment performs normally in straight line operation, but there are obvious abnormalities when it reaches the position of turning or arc transition in the shape. Especially when cutting square shapes or shapes with complex contours, the lines at the corners are no longer smooth, but present small shaking patterns, even accompanied by slight vibration sounds. Any ideas?

Maybe the turning speed and coefficient settings are too fast, try reducing the turning parameters

    • You're right, I lowered the turning parameters. Thank you

  • Priority should be given to checking mechanical system issues, especially those with guide rails, belts, or sliders. Ensure that the belt tension is appropriate, check for resistance in the guide rails, clean and lubricate them, check if the motor is working properly, ensure smooth motor drive, check the settings of the motor and controller, and ensure that there is no excessive acceleration or speed configuration that could cause mechanical system overload.
