How to solve the problem of RDD6616U controller processing prompt exceeding the limit?

The model of the knife cutting control system I am using is RDD6616U. I encountered an issue while operating today. After completing the positioning, the device was able to move along the border normally, but immediately prompted an out of bounds error. I tried adjusting the parameters and checking the coordinate settings, but the problem still hasn't been resolved. Who can give me advice? Thank you!
