Recently, several large trucks from the Wenzhou factory of Pentium Laser were lined up and ready to go. The high-power and high-speed laser cutting automation production line developed and produced by Pentium Laser has been strictly inspected and accepted by Japanese customers for 15 days and 24 hours of uninterrupted operation. Today, it was loaded and sent to Japan.

This laser cutting automation production line consists of three BOLTVI-12kW high-speed and high-precision laser cutting machines, a 10 layer intelligent three-dimensional sheet material warehouse, and a fully automatic loading and unloading device. Its core brain is the production line central control operating system independently developed by Pentium Laser. It can easily achieve intelligent operations such as automatic entry and exit of sheet materials, intelligent management of sheet material storage, intelligent loading and unloading of sheet materials, automatic nozzle replacement of cutting heads, automatic edge inspection and rapid cutting, etc. The entire process does not require manual intervention. At the same time, the production line has also optimized safety protection design and enhanced safety production measures. The commissioning of this production line means that the traditional sheet metal production mode is accelerating its transformation towards comprehensive intelligent manufacturing of the production process, driven by laser automation technology.

With the rapid development and upgrading of the global manufacturing industry, the demand for high-end manufacturing equipment in various countries is constantly increasing. As a leading enterprise in high-power laser intelligent equipment in China, Pentium Laser has continuously increased its investment in technological innovation in recent years, focusing on the cross application research of laser technology and intelligent manufacturing technology, and providing intelligent and personalized industry solutions for global customers. These product technologies have won more international recognition and respect for China's high-end equipment manufacturing.
