What does this setting adjust exactly?
It is an angle compensation parameter for the V-slot / oscillating cutting tool in VcutWorks.
It adjusts the angular difference between the tool’s mechanical zero position and the software’s zero reference.
It means:
1.The VSlot-1 tool is physically rotated by 61.92° relative to controller zero
2. Or it was calibrated previously
When the oscillating cutter or V-slot tool is cutting, it needs to automatically rotate according to the direction of movement. The software calculates the current path direction angle and then drives the tool head to rotate to the corresponding angle.
