My RDC6585G control system displays scanned graphics in a tilted state

Aaron

My cutting machine uses the Ruida system, RDC6585G, During the scanning process, the graphics were normal from the beginning, but gradually deviated as the scanning progressed, with the deviation angle increasing, resulting in significant cutting errors and affecting accuracy. What went wrong?

    1. Controller and driver pulse edge mismatch (rising/falling edge can be set)
    2. Check for potential interference between the controller and driver, as well as between the driver and motor

  • Confirm whether the coordinate system currently used by the system (such as XY coordinate system) matches the actual orientation of the graphic.

  • If the machine is not properly zeroed or the origin setting is skewed, the scanned or previewed graphics may tilt. Check if the X/Y axis mechanical limit and zeroing point are aligned correctly.

    • There's no problem with this, it's just that the motor lost step
