If you encounter issues with the CO2 laser cutting and engraving control system, such as the mainboard being unusable or the panel connection not displaying, you can conduct an inspection as follows:

1. Check the Mainboard Connection Ports
Begin by thoroughly inspecting all connection ports on the mainboard. Ensure there are no short circuits, loose connections, or burn marks. Check for metal debris, dust, or oxidation inside the connectors and clean them if necessary. Make sure all signal and power cables are firmly connected to prevent communication failure between the panel and the mainboard.

2. Confirm the Mainboard Indicator Light Status
After powering on the machine, carefully observe the indicator lights on the mainboard, especially the ARR indicator. If the ARR light does not turn on, it may indicate that the mainboard is not starting properly, the power supply is abnormal, or the board itself is faulty. Abnormal blinking may also suggest system operation issues that require further inspection.

3. Inspect the Panel Connection Cables
Check the ribbon cable or communication cable between the control panel and the mainboard. Ensure the cable is not broken, bent, aged, or damaged. Verify that the connectors are properly oriented and fully inserted, and that no pins are bent or loose. Re-plug the cable or replace it with a matching spare to rule out cable-related problems.

4. Examine Power Input and Supply Conditions
Inspect the power input lines for short circuits, poor contact, or unstable voltage. Confirm that the power supply output meets the controller’s requirements and that the polarity is correct. Abnormal power supply conditions can prevent both the mainboard and control panel from functioning properly.
