When the shape is cut along the X-axis direction, the laser power performs normally, the material can be smoothly cut through, and the incision is also relatively uniform and flat. However, when the device moves along the Y-axis direction for cutting, the laser effect is significantly weakened, and under the same power parameters, the material may experience continuous or incomplete cutting. There may be inappropriate motor settings in the RDC6555G controller, such as low current settings, low driving voltage, etc., resulting in insufficient power on the Y-axis.

Enter the parameter setting interface of the controller and check the Y-axis motor current setting.
Ensure that the Y-axis current setting is the same as the X-axis, or adjust the current output according to the motor specifications.
Check the voltage setting of the Y-axis drive to ensure it meets the requirements of the motor.
