1. Has the communication between the motherboard and panel failed
2. Has a very small jog distance been set?
3. Has hard limit protection been enabled and triggered
4. Has a large jog distance been set?
5. Is the button acceleration too small, causing the buffering deceleration to be too long
Check if hard limit protection is enabled, it may have been triggered
