Why did the RDC6563FG controller fail to read files from the USB drive?

I am using the RDC6563FG control system and have encountered a frustrating issue where the USB drive failed to read files. I plugged in the USB flash drive as usual, but there was no response on the panel. The file list was empty, and I waited for a long time but still couldn't open it. After multiple re plugging and unplugging attempts, an occasional "read failed" prompt may pop up on the screen. What is the reason for this? Thank you!
