My Ruida RDC6445S controller (firmware version RDC6445S-V26.01.19) does not respond to the Air Assist switch command enabled in LightBurn. However, the solenoid valve operates normally when connected directly to a 24V power supply, indicating that the valve itself is functional.

I ran into the same issue, and here's what fixed it for me:
Navigate to Manufactory Settings (default password: RD8888), then go to Machine Config and set the "If blowing" parameter to "Yes."
After that, the WIND pin switches to "Ground" whenever the layer's air assist is active, allowing the solenoid to open the airflow as intended.
