My laser controller is a Ruida RDC 8445S.
It stopped booting; the screen flashes and gets stuck on the loading arrow indefinitely. I also tried connecting it to the computer, but the controller never shows as connected. Can anyone help me? Thank you.

If not, the interruption will cause the program to be unable to enter; please provide the firmware version number of the controller and HMI panel.
I have the same issue with my RDC8445S. There is microsd slot on the motherbord. Is it possible to flash firmware through? Where can I find correct firmware? The USB-PC doesn't respond at all.

Hello, There are 15 indicator LEDs on the controller board. Currently, LED No.13 and LED No.15 are ON, and all other LEDs are OFF. There was no manual firmware upgrade on either the motherboard or the HMI panel. The issue occurred after a power interruption. The controller is stuck on the loading screen and cannot enter the menu, so I’m unable to check the firmware version of the controller or the HMI panel. Please advise on the next steps Thank you.
