My dual board spray cutting integrated equipment has encountered an abnormality. The control system model is RDC6585PC, which starts normally, but the layer blowing function cannot be activated. Currently, the material during the spray cutting process cannot be effectively blown away, which greatly affects the cutting quality. Is anyone familiar with this model of controller here? Geaccepteerd antwoordThe ordinary controller controls the blowing through the wind port, while the RDC6585PC controller uses the wind port to control the spray valve. Layer control blowing, the main card should be connected to port Out7, and the secondary card should be connected to port Out5
Check if the pneumatic valves, fans, or related pneumatic systems that rely on the blowing layer function are working properly. Check whether the electrical signal lines of the fan power supply and pneumatic valve are connected correctly, and whether there are any broken wires or poor contacts.
