Hi,
My machine has a rdc6563f controller an i use rdcutist 3
I have worked out most issues but i cannot find how to continiue a cut after a collision.
If i have a part stand up and the laser head touchs it , the machine stops and an alarm is then on the screen(collision).It asks to press esc to clear.I clear the alarm and when I then press start it does nothing.
The only way i can get it to move is to completley reset the machine.
Do you know the process to continiue the cutting without a total restart/reset?

Hello! When a collision occurs, press the [←] button on the panel to clear all alarm records. If the collision alarm is enabled, the cutting head will be automatically raised to a safe height if it hits the plate during movement. After resetting, the processing can be continued, and if the capacitance value is incorrect, the capacitance can be recalibrated.
