What I need to do is put 52 points on an ellipse line that is 8 x 15, the line is really just to reference where the points ( 1/8" ) go. So when all is done the only thing you see is just the 52 equally spaced points. I’ve tried using the polygon but it can only go as high as 40.
2023-09-0847010I’ve just started playing around with Lightburn and my new Atomstack X20 Pro.I created a design to engrave, and set the speed and power in the Cuts/Layer tab, and then saved the .nc file. I transfer the file to a thumb drive (with a TF card) and insert it’s TF card into the Atomstak. However, when I open the file and start the engraving,...
2023-09-0860210Technion researchers report a spin-optical single-layer ultra-thin laser that integrates a single layer of tungsten disulfide WS2 into a heterostructured microcavity that supports a high-Q photonic spin valley resonance. The relevant results were published in Nature Materials under the title of ".In this paper, we report a spin optical monolayer ...
2023-09-0852110In the traditional laser marking technology, the user makes a standard fixture of rows and columns, fixes the fixture on the fixed position of the marking machine, and programs the software according to the width of the row and column of the fixture.Use a red light preview to determine if the position is correct. If it is not correct, you n...
2023-09-0842410does anyone ever tested or know if laser model Ortur 2pro s2 10w work for cutting frosted arcylic 5mm?will be thankfull for an answer and if it cant do this can anyone suggest me a model that doesnt cost a lot and is good at cutting frosted & transparent arcylic 3-5mmthanks in advance im just trying to ,learn
2023-09-0756110After loading an image into lightburn, I should be able to hold the shift key and roll my mouse wheel to zoom in or out. As soon as I move the nouse wheel, my image immediately becomes small, then tiny. Then I have to start over again by importing image back into lightburn. Not sure why this happens. It may be the mouse/computer. I have an x-tool n...
2023-09-0758911This week, PowerPhotonic, a British developer and manufacturer of free-form wafer-scale optics, introduced a new Bessel beam generator at the SPIE Sensors and Imaging exhibition in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.According to reports, the device can achieve a "diffractive output beam profile." Bessel beams have a wide variety of applications, includin...
2023-09-0749411Constructing a continuous laser source with a device area of less than 1 μm2 can meet the low energy requirements of on-chip optical interconnection (< 10 fJ bit−1) is of great significance. However, as the device size decreases, optical and material losses increase significantly, so achieving sub-micron device size and continuous o...
2023-09-0750410Looking for a quicker way to do this, I have tried all the tools (Boolean Assist ) and I don’t get the results I need. I have to duplicate the rectangle because it will not stay whole with these tools. Is there a “one click” tool that will do this?
2023-09-0671710Hello greetings to all, how do I correct “Out of Limit Cut” in LightBurn?
2023-09-0658210I am going to mount the Atomstack to a bench as I will be adding a Yaxis rails, Once I am affixed to the bench I would like the laser to start at the Yaxis 0 on the machineruler and the same with the Xaxis set to the 0.I want to place two register boards one horizontal and one vertical, this makes sure my cut is square with my world.
2023-09-0647010The laser chiller is an important part of the laser, which keeps the temperature of the laser in a suitable range by cooling it to ensure the stability and life of the laser. So, how to connect the interface of the laser chiller?First of all, it is necessary to clarify the working temperature and flow requirements of the laser, ensure that the la...
