Hello, I'm upgrading an oscillating knife cutting machine. The machine had a Galileo controller. The PC used to operate it lost its hard drive. I couldn't configure the software from the backup I had.
I purchased a Ruida RDD6616u controller from Wavetopsign on Aliexpress. I asked them for the installation manual and software on several occasions. I received the software, but it doesn't connect to the PC. In fact, it doesn't appear in the list of compatible cards. I've also searched for it on Google and sent several emails, but I haven't received a response.
Currently, the machine moves from the touch screen. The X and Y axes are calibrated. The suction works. The oscillating knife also works. I haven't calibrated the rotation and can't activate the grating tool. I did this using the RDD6584g manual.
The real problem is connecting the controller to the PC. I have two laser machines with Ruida controllers connected, one via a network cable and the other via USB, so I have some experience with the connection.
If anyone could help me with the software, the manuals for this specific model, or a guide, please.
