RDV6563FG controller manual mode, why doesn't the XY axis move?

Hello! I have a fiber laser cutting machine that uses Ruida's controller, RDV6563FG， I have a question to ask. In manual mode, the XY axis cannot move. Whether through the control panel or manual buttons, the XY axis has no response. What should I do?

    You can troubleshoot and solve from these points: 1. Refer to the relevant wiring instructions in the servo drive user manual for correct wiring and parameter settings. 2. Set the limit polarity correctly. 3. Re power on the servo to eliminate the alarm

    In manual mode, the XY axis needs to be servo enabled or powered on first, otherwise the controller will not respond to manual commands. Please check if the control panel → axis status and servo status display ON/READY
