Of course, you can use an Ethernet cable. Standard Cat5 or Cat6 cables theoretically maintain stable signal transmission up to 100 meters. Since your distance is only 15 meters, it will definitely work without any issues. In fact, Ethernet provides more reliable signal stability than USB.
