RDV6555G controller cutting starting position abnormal
Hello everyone! My device uses the RDV6555G control system. When performing machining operations, a protrusion similar to a "matchstick head" will appear at the starting position of the cutting, greatly affecting the flatness and aesthetics. Is there a good solution?

If the distance between the cutting head and the material is not appropriate, it may cause the starting position of the cutting to be uneven, resulting in protrusions. Check the height setting of the cutting head to ensure it is parallel to the material surface and there is no excessive pressure.
