RDC6585G， Cut the square into parallelograms

I have a CO2 laser cutting machine that uses the RDC6585G control system. When I import files and cut square objects, the final result is a parallelogram, which is really frustrating. I have tried several times but it is still a parallelogram. Where should I adjust?

    X. The Y-axis format and step spacing are incorrect. Please reset the step spacing and device format, and provide feedback on the results after setting.

    Is your equipment's acceleration/speed too fast? It tends to tilt when cutting small squares at high speed. Try reducing the speed and see the effect
