Hello! You can use RDWORKS software to enter the manufacturer's parameter settings, check the maximum speed setting of the X/Y axis, and check the processing speed of the layer parameters after importing the file, and make the processing speed normal by modifying the speed values of these two positions.

Hello, You see on the first screen the parameters the file 50100 it is a 500 mm square with a speed of 100 m/s. On the second screen, you see output signal on Axe X pin 1 & 2. When we start the file, we see the motor steps frequency four steps on the screen of the oscilloscope. It must be 100 mm/s but ... After on the third screen when we move Axe X with > and < you see 20 steps on the same oscilloscope screen without changing anything. Of course it is 100 mm/s and we confirm with a clock.

Hello, please check whether the laser attenuation is set to 100% in the manufacturer's parameters, if it is set, it will cause your feedback to this situation, and you can set the value to zero again. If you don't have the settings, please provide me with the export file of manufacturer parameters and user parameters for testing, and send the file to my email address: lizaixian@rdacs.com. Check the setting path: manufacturer parameters----> laser -----> laser attenuation, as shown in the following figure:
