The RDC8445S controller is experiencing issues with the XY axis control not functioning

I have a CO2 laser cutting machine equipped with an RDC8445S controller. Today, while operating it, I suddenly noticed that the XY axis could not be controlled normally. Whether I operated it manually or sent instructions through the program, the XY axis did not respond at all. I checked the motor and cable connections, and everything was normal. Then I confirmed that the controller parameter settings were correct and the power supply voltage was stable. However, no matter how I tried, the XY axis still did not move. I have not been able to identify the root cause yet. Can anyone give me some advice? Thank you!
