Save as: choose format matching software version. Use new file name — don't use original name.

RDWorksV8 cannot launch when integrated with the Ai2023 plugin
I drew a rectangle in Ai2023, then clicked the plugin icon. A dialog box popped up, and then the plugin just closed. It won't open. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
