RDD6616U controller, dual-head vibration

My equipment uses the RDD6616U controller. When processing with a dual-head system, there is significant vibration during operation, which greatly affects the machining accuracy. I have checked the mechanical aspects and found no issues. Who can provide me with a solution? Thanks!
