On the same day, the two parties held a grand signing ceremony in Switzerland, which was attended by Mr. Zhao Shengyu, Chairman and General Manager of Hymson, Mr. Chen Jiewei, Director and CEO of Hymson, Mr. Bai Yang, General Manager of Hymson Europe, Mr. Zhu Hao, General Manager of Hymson Sheet Metal Industry Center, as well as Mr. Martin Zingg, CEO of Leister Group, members of the cantonal legislature of Switzerland's Canton of Oberwalden, and representatives of the government and the banking sector.

Thickening Technical Barriers and Forging New Advantages in Going to Sea
At the signing ceremony, Mr. Zhao Shengyu, the chairman and general manager of Haimu Xing, said in an interview that Switzerland is an innovative country with excellent influence in the field of new technology research and development. By rooting its European R&D and manufacturing base in Switzerland, Haimu Xing can deeply implant the artisan spirit of “Swiss Precision” and the leading will of “Swiss Innovation” into the blood of Haimu Xing, which will form an attitude and a power for us to continue to open the window of the world. At the same time, Hymson will bring Chinese culture, the spirit of hard work of the Chinese people and the precipitation of China's new technology into Europe, and work together with our European partners to shape a new future of Sino-European cooperation.

Dr. Chen Jiewei, a former executive of Leister Group, who helped Leister Group win the Swiss National Science and Technology Prize twice by his personal invention and innovation, also made a speech on behalf of Hymson Group for the first time after joining Hymson , stating that: Laser Plastic Welding Technology contains huge market potential and innovation space, and that Hymson will inherit the excellent technology of Leister Group and incorporate new innovative concepts into its products. On the basis of Leister Group's excellent technology, Hymson will incorporate new innovative concepts to explore the field of laser light source and the interaction between laser and new materials. In addition, Hymson will introduce AI technology to promote the manufacture of higher-level automation and intelligent equipment, and help the arrival of the Industry 4.0 era.
