Hymson acquires Leister Laser's plastic welding business, further advancing its globalization strategy

On February 27th, Hymson and Leister Group successfully signed a strategic acquisition agreement, announcing the wholly-owned acquisition of the laser plastic welding business of Leister Group.
On the same day, the two parties held a grand signing ceremony in Switzerland, which was attended by Mr. Zhao Shengyu, Chairman and General Manager of Hymson, Mr. Chen Jiewei, Director and CEO of Hymson, Mr. Bai Yang, General Manager of Hymson Europe, Mr. Zhu Hao, General Manager of Hymson Sheet Metal Industry Center, as well as Mr. Martin Zingg, CEO of Leister Group, members of the cantonal legislature of Switzerland's Canton of Oberwalden, and representatives of the government and the banking sector.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Zhao Shengyu, the chairman and general manager of Haimu Xing, said in an interview that Switzerland is an innovative country with excellent influence in the field of new technology research and development. Dr. Chen Jiewei, a former executive of Leister Group, who helped Leister Group win the Swiss National Science and Technology Prize twice by his personal invention and innovation, also made a speech on behalf of Hymson Group for the first time after joining Hymson , stating that: Laser Plastic Welding Technology contains huge market potential and innovation space, and that Hymson will inherit the excellent technology of Leister Group and incorporate new innovative concepts into its products.
