This move marks Yangtze's deep rooting in Mexico and significantly enhances its ability to provide customized services to local customers.

From Follower, Leader to Leader

As a pioneer in China's optical communication industry nurtured by the former Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, Yangtze Fiber Optics is not only the first Sino-foreign joint venture, but also the birthplace of China's first commercial optical fiber. From follower to leader to industry leader, Yangtze Fiber Optics has been diligently pursuing light for 36 years, not only shouldering the mission of revitalizing the national optical communication industry, but also being a model for Chinese enterprises to successfully go global, realizing a perfect rebound from the "Philips by the Yangtze River" to the "Yangtze of the World". It has realized a perfect reversal from "Philips by the Yangtze River" to "Yangtze of the World".

Focusing on the communications industry, Yangtze Fiber Optics is a global leader in the research, development, innovation and manufacturing of fiber optic pre-fabricated rods, optical fibers, optical cables and data communications-related products, and has formed a complete industry chain integrating optical communications-related products and services such as rods, fibers and cables, integrated cabling, optical modules and communications network engineering, as well as a diversified and internationalized business model.

Overseas Brand Influence Continues to Increase

It is worth mentioning that Yangtze is the only company in the world that has mastered the three mainstream pre-fabricated rod preparation technologies of PCV, VAD and OVD, and has successfully realized industrialization.

In the fiber optic cable industry, Yangtze Fiber Optics said that fiber optic cable is an important infrastructure for mobile networks and fixed networks, and is also an integral part of the arithmetic network base for new applications such as cloud computing and artificial intelligence.

In addition, Yangtze is also exploring new directions such as industrialization of multi-core fiber, less-mode fiber, hollow core fiber and other next-generation new optical fibers, and has helped China Mobile and China Telecom to establish the world's first 800G hollow core fiber optic transmission technology test network (Shenzhen-Dongguan, Guangdong Province) and the world's first single-wave 1.2T, unidirectional super 100T hollow core fiber optic cable transmission system demonstration of the existing network.

In terms of internationalization, Yangtze Fiber Optics has always taken internationalization as one of the company's important strategic initiatives. Up to now, Yangtze has established 8 production bases, 20+ overseas platforms and 50+ overseas offices in 5 countries, including Indonesia, South Africa, Brazil, Poland and Mexico, with business covering more than 90 countries and regions worldwide.
