My laser module stopped and burned for a few milliseconds

LWE
I have an Atomstack A5 Pro equipped with a 5W laser. The problem I encountered is that when carving or cutting, the laser stops for a few milliseconds and the carving leaves burnt spots at the stop. Can you help me? What happened?

  • When cutting, are the burn spots only in the corners? If so, make sure your device profile is set to “GRBL” so laser power will automatically reduce according to the speed at corners and not “GRBL-M3” which does not support that mode.

Not only in the corners, but also in the center and anywhere else, yes, my configuration is indeed correct in GRBL.

Please draw a large 200mm square and mark it at a low power and a low speed…1000mm/s and 10% power What does the output look like? Please post a photo showing where the burnt spots happen. Is it more on one axis than the other? Is the motion not smooth? Do you notice a stuttering movement? If you set the power to 0% does the stuttering movement still happen? …at all speeds or just fast speeds?
