RDC6442 panel processing will appear "file incompatible" what is the reason?
RDC6442, the software version before V8.0.06, draws a diagram and downloads it to the motherboard, but "file incompatibility" will appear when the panel is processed. It is OK to download it again, I don't know why?

The software V8.0.06 is very old and the controller maybe has a higher version. they are not compatible. please download new software V8.00.60. if it is still not works, that should be a customized controller that specailized for user customized software. so if possible, please send the controller version .

Read the version from the software system Settings. If the version does not correspond to the software version, the motherboard version needs to be upgraded
