You can consider a hollow servo motor. If it meets your process requirements, the wiring will be the same as a normal motor

Special Applications of Servo Motors
Is there a wiring method for servo motors that requires constant accuracy while following the rotor and rotating. If using a slip ring to connect the motor line and encoder line, will there be any out of step phenomenon? Is there any other better connection method.
