Radius button gone

The radius button has disappeared from my screen, I hava reset to default and it still is missing what am i missing?

      our toolbar icons look fairly large. I think it’s possible that they’re not showing in the toolbar because they’re being pushed down too far.
Try undocking the left toolbar by pulling away from the side. Does it show up there?
If so, I’d suggest reducing the toolbar size in Edit->Settings.
