My galvo fiber laser but Lightburn not recognizing it

I am on the free trail version of lightburn, hoping to transition to lightburn fully (if all goes well), i am having trouble connecting the machine to the software (lightburn) via “find my laser” window and I don’t know the laser controller to do it manually, as the machine came with instruction manual that just refers to EzCad2 and no other descriptions. Please note that I have switched machine on and off a number of times i have also which computer on and off an number of times. Any constructive advise is greatly appreciated!

Did you try installing it manually?
Do you have the correct drivers installed, the EZCad2 drivers won’t work with Lightburn under Windows.
You should be able to see your fiber via the device manager.
