Cobot Systems announced that it has now become a UR+partner and showcased laser welding unit systems. This honor marks an important milestone in the company's journey of providing widely available automated labor solutions. This approval highlights Cobot Systems' commitment to providing innovative solutions compatible with UoRobot (UR) products, ensuring seamless collaboration with integrated laser welding robots and improving productivity.

Cobot Systems has developed the industry's first laser welding collaborative robot system, which is designed as a complete engineering package to achieve welding process automation typically completed by MIG/GMAW or TIG/GTAW. The Cobot Systems laser welding robot combines the availability of the UoRobot UR10e collaborative robot with the speed of the IPG LightWeld laser.

Brian Knopp, co-founder of Cobot Systems, said, "Our pre designed welding kit is a laser welding system built around the UoRobot UR10e collaborative robot. By integrating handheld lasers with collaborative robots, the company can leverage higher advantages to improve speed and maximize quality through the precise positioning function of collaborative robots."

The UR+laser welding collaborative robot system enables enterprises to:
Improve welding efficiency while reducing processing time
Reduce manual touch time and training
Diversify its welding capabilities, including new materials
Achieve perfect results with minimal distortion, deformation, undercutting, and burn through.
UR+partners are companies like Cobot Systems that demonstrate seamless compatibility and simplified workflows with UoRobot products.
