Is Yor machine using the 1Chiller waterflow sensor or the laser 2machine waterflow sensor?
If 1Chiller waterflow sensor, check the cable between the Chiller and laser machine might be loose or broken.
Reed switch might be falty on sensor and mst not measure more than about 5ohm. if measured more waterflow sensor must be replaced.
This may be a problem with the sensor. Check if the waterproof sensor is faulty and if the connection is loose or damaged. If the waterproof sensor fails to function properly, it may trigger a waterproof alarm.
You checked the water protection level signal (low level) setting, it may have been set incorrectly. Please reset it correctly before restarting
