When the servo driver alarms, the output must be high level. If it is low level, please convert the level to high level through a relay or other means.    

Attempt to power off both the servo drive and controller, wait for 30 seconds, and then power them back on. This operation can clear some temporary fault states. If the alarm is cleared, it may indicate occasional signal interference or startup timing issues.

It may be a problem with the servo drive, which may malfunction due to overload, internal faults, or poor heat dissipation. Check the status indicator lights of the drive to confirm if there are any fault codes or abnormal displays.
Additionally, check if the parameter settings of the servo drive are correct (such as current limit, speed limit, etc.), as incorrect settings can cause the drive to malfunction.
