
1. Set the dual-head spacing — verify the distance between the two heads.
2. Reset the Z-axis — ensure it is also homed along with X and Y.
3. Verify interlocking mode — after homing, use the panel buttons to jog the machine. Watch the X and Z coordinates — 4. if they move together, the Dual-Head Interlocking Mode is working correctly.
5. Reconfigure the job — set up a new virtual array pattern and run a test cut.
Note: The most likely cause of the misalignment is that the Dual-Head Interlocking Mode was not activated properly.
